Our unique R.O.O.T.S. curriculum (Remote, Outdoors, Odysseys, Theology, Science) blends academic rigor, faith-based instruction, technology integration, and hands-on experiences.

Chief Executive Officer

Janet Akinwole is the Founder and CEO at Transcend Leadership Academy. With over a decade of experience in public, charter, and international schools and currently pursuing a Ph.D., she is deeply committed to championing equitable, faith-based education. Janet leads with purpose, ensuring learning is project-based, community-centered, and designed to prepare students for meaningful leadership and lifelong impact.

Chief Financial Officer

Olumobare Ayoola serves as Chief Financial Officer at Transcend Leadership Academy. With a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Hull and over seven years of leadership experience, she is deeply committed to stewarding Transcend’s mission with integrity, financial insight, and an unwavering passion for impact. She also brings extensive classroom and administrative experience, having taught diverse students.

Olawale (Wale) Samuel is a social development professional with 20+ years in education financing and management across Africa. His expertise spans from foundational literacy to tertiary education. He has served as Africa’s representative on the U.S. State Department’s LESAC, advocating for 6,000+ overseas employees. Wale is deeply committed to advancing equitable, impactful education.
